In the Runner’s Lounge

  • 11:00 to 12:00pm – CPR training provided by the Oklahoma City Fire Department
  • 12:00 to 1:00pm – Panel focusing on nutrition for runners featuring Wahoo! Running, Dr. Allen Knehans and Dr. Jenny Graef 
  • 1:00 to 3:00pm – Stop the Bleed training provided by OU Medicine Trauma One team
  • 3:30 to 4:00pm – Yoga for Runners provided by 405 Yoga
  • 4:30 to 5:30pm – KFOR News 4 LIVE from the Runner’s Lounge
  • 5:30 to 6:30pm – Social Hour with Camille Herron.
    Join us for a few light refreshments and hear from the three time Champion and course record holder, Camille Herron

Saturday – April 27, 2019

7:30 to 8:30am – Shake Out Run with Bart Yasso, Camille Herron, Mark Bravo and the Voice of the Memorial Marathon, Whit Raymond
Run along parts of the new OKC Marathon Course and enjoy a beautiful view of Downtown Oklahoma City! Meet in front of the Sheraton Hotel. This is an easy, community run-don’t miss it!

  • 4:30am – VIP Runner’s Lounge Opens (wristband required)
    VIP Runner Experience sponsored by Commerce Bank. Located inside the Memorial Museum.
  • 5:30am – Gear Check Opens
    Located on the east side of Myriad Gardens off of Ron Norick Blvd (formerly N Robinson Ave). To get back to the Start Line from Gear Check, take Ron Norick Blvd north (turns back into N Robinson Ave) to the Start Line and load in to your corral heading west from 6th St on
  • 5:30am to 11:00am – Pancake Breakfast by First Church
    Located in Harris Hall at First Church OKC, 131 NW 4th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73102
  • 5:30am – Sunrise Service by First Church Pastor Lesly Broadbent
    Located under the Survivor Tree at 6th and Harvey Ave
  • 5:55am – Corral Staging of Marathon, Half Marathon and Relay Runners
    Corrals A, B, C, D and E are located on Harvey Ave between 6th and 10th St
    5K Corral is located on 6th St off of Harvey Ave
  • 6:00am – Welcome and Introductions
  • 6:15am –168 Seconds of Silence
  • 6:20am – Star Spangled Banner
  • 6:25am – Wheelchair Division Start
    All 5 races start in front of the Memorial Museum starting between 5th and 6th Street on Harvey Avenue

Let Destination Oklahoma be your guide for the new Memorial Marathon route! A guide will take you from start to finish for either the Full or Half Marathon. Enjoy the feeling of being prepared for your race route, take notes for those tough spots and envision yourself crossing the Finish Line.
