  • • Following submission and approval of this Group Registration Request, I will receive an email from help@okcmarathon.com, inviting me to access my exclusive partner account.
    • Payment for my group’s registrations can only be made by credit card or ACH through my partner account at any time during the registration process and must be made on or before April 20, 2026.
    • By completing the online Group Registration Request, I am responsible for managing all registrations within this group for the 2026 Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.
    • Applicants are neither confirmed nor considered officially registered until their registration is approved and paid.
    • Failure to pay all registrations in full by the April 20, 2026 deadline will result in any future Group Registration requests being denied.
    • Regardless of a change in a registrant's employment status with your organization or the inability of a registrant to participate in their registered race(s), all approved registrations within this group are nonrefundable and nontransferable and must be paid in full.
