The
Oklahoma City Memorial Walk is a noncompetitive 5K (3.1 mile) fun
run/walk for families with young children, the casual walker, and
others who want to be involved in this great event.
Traffic control is provided for the entire Memorial Walk Course.
Race Start: Sunday, April 26, 2009, 6:40 AM CST
Finish Line: The finsh line is
located on Broadway between NW 6th Street and NW 5th Street (one block
east of the Oklahoma City National Memorial).
Walkers are welcome in the Oklahoma City Memorial Walk!
All Memorial Walk participants receive a goody bag,
t-shirt, poster, and heartland hospitality both on and off the course
(food, beverage and availability of medical care and massage to aid
your recovery). Memorial Walk finishers also receive a custom Memorial Walk finisher’s medal.
